unique features. We are able to showcase all Events and Activities
from the smallest to the very largest, If your planning a Trade Show,
Festival or a Gig, publish it here, a Rally, Church Fete or Car Boot
Sale publish it here, we can cater for all comers. Built into this
website, is every conceivable variation required to perform almost
any task its audience asks of it. The changes implemented here are
only stage 1 of those planned for the site over the coming months.

Listing your Event is straightforward and once registered your personal details can auto-populate the listings form if and when you require them. If you would prefer to email the necessary details of your event direct to us rather than listing them yourself, please do so and we will be happy to submit them for you.(see Activity template / Event template) If you are selling tickets, you are very welcome to make use of the secure payment system attached to the website, This is an optional choice. The fees for this facility are modest and are added to your customers ticket sale price. It amounts to 13p in the pound. (Please see ticket costs).
Posting Options
There is a choice of two posting options, the first is the 'Regular'
posting, which is totally free and is more than sufficiently sized
to accommodate the requirements of most events. i.e. Event title, start
and finish dates & times, contact details required by your customer
and a text description area not exceeding 600 characters, that equates
to approximately 100 words, which far surpasses the space allocated
on the vast majority of event guide websites. The search results page
reveals the published posting within an attractive box. Postings for
this option are first screened by our staff before becoming live on
the site, but this process should take no more than 48 hours maximum.
Alongside
the Free (Regular) Listing, we have a Premium listing which is an upgrade
The results search box is of a similar size to the Regular box but
with the inclusion of 3 thumbnails, each will enlarge on a left click.
A view button will open to a multi-page posting with a provision to
upload up to 10 images, with its almost limitless information space
and its option to hyperlink to your own website, it is certainly a
value for money feature. We charge only £1 for the Premium. It includes

section also allows for the following attachments: dot PDF, dot doc,

Your
email is automatically hidden, but is replaced with a simple contact
the organiser form. The Premium posting becomes live on the site
immediately. (Images of up to 1meg. each, can be uploaded or replaced
at any time after the posting becomes live)

In addition to showcasing your Event, you are still
very welcome to use the free ‘Box Office’ facility to
sell tickets direct to your patrons from the site either exclusively
through us, alongside us or use other sources only. Along with
many
other modifications and distinctive merits of the website, there
are also a number of incredible additions to the ticket sales facility.
The Box Office facility has been designed to transact ticket sales to a wide and varied scale and can even provide your customers with a ticket substitute if required, which can be used to eliminate printing costs. The system will now accommodate multiple seating, and admission options, it can provide up to ten different ticket prices plus many concessionary options for elderly patrons and children, both from a range of chosen ages, plus numerous other group and promotion options. You can also set a maximum ticket allowance to each purchase.
This is only the first phase of re-development, we can move on now with some speed as we begin a major campaign to bring our ‘Event Guide’ into the publics focus.
