After posting his Event onto the LOCALTicket ‘National What’s on Guide’, the Organiser may choose to make his tickets available either solely through our Box Office, or to also include sales from other sources or exclusively from another source(s).

See below for ticket purchasing fees.

When you purchase tickets through our Box Office, you will be issued with an after sales receipt, plus a link to our website for your ticket, what we term an ETicket and it contains the Event Title and essential information plus a unique security code number.

If the Event Organiser has previously decided to accept this ETicket for your admission to his Event, he may require you to also present some form of ID to verify that the ETicket was genuinely purchased by yourself. The ID required to confirm this is normally the purchaser’s credit card.

Ticket charges:

When purchasing tickets through our Secure Payment System, the following charges will be levied on each sales transaction and added to the face value of your ticket:

A Service Charge of 10%. - On each transaction.
A Transaction Fee of 2.4%. - On each transaction.
VAT exempt.

No other costs are normally passed on to you (except when we are required by the Event Organiser, to forward his tickets to you by normal postal service. (You will be made aware of any such charges prior to Purchase.)

Customers of events which sell tickets through the LOCALTicket box office can rest assured that priority for our customers care is paramount and we have chosen a safe, secure and professional purchasing system run by Protx, one of Europe’s top secure payment systems in conjunction with Streamline and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
