The details collected will be used to process your ticket order and to provide you with after sales service and contact. We may pass your information to the Orginiser of an event, or his representative, from whom you have indirectly bought tickets
In order to become a registered user on the localticket ‘What’s on’ website, you are asked to submit your personal contact information, this information is then stored onto our data base.
After Registration you need only login to your account to be eligible to use the services provided.
To purchase tickets using the localticket Box Office facility or to post an Event onto the website requires a user’s registration. (Registration is not required to search only)
We can assure you that we will not rent or sell your personal contact information. The only exception to this statement is within the following paragraph;
If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on our website or to localticket.co.uk or otherwise engage in any inappropriate behavior with that regard. Localticket can use whatever information available to it about you in order to stop such behavior. This may involve informing relevant third parties such as e-mail/Internet provider and law enforcement agencies about the content and your behavior.
The UK. Data Legislation Act 1998 applies to any personal information details supplied by you to our site and we will continue to give this our utmost respect.
We at ‘Localticket.co.uk’ sell tickets on behalf of Event Organisers, Promoters, Bands and Venues. We do not set the prices of tickets neither do we determine any seating locations. We do not issue ticket cost refunds for cancellations or for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets for events or activities. For cancellation issues you are advised to contact the Organiser of the event or activity, who issue tickets through our site. After receiving your tickets, you are advised to keep them in a safe and suitable environment out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat which can sometimes damage tickets.
Please note that although tickets purchased through our site at ‘Localticket.co.uk’ may be each subject to a service charge and a non refundable processing fee, this charge is extremely competitively priced.
If an Event is cancelled or postponed for some reason by the Organiser, Promoter, or Venue, please contact us for information and guidance for claiming a refund from the responsible party.
Localticket aims to post all tickets or receipts for ticket payment within 7 working days unless otherwise stated. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us via the email address as soon as possible. ‘Localticket’ only arranges posted tickets to the billing address which has been registered at the point of registration (if your registered address has changed you can update it by going through to ‘Edit my personal details’ section while you are logged into LocalTicket.co.uk)
Please note; Refunds may have limitations set if the Event is to be moved or rescheduled,

All card transaction information details are processed through a secure encrypted payment system which is accessed via the localticket website to the Protex Company. This is totally independent from the localticket site. The only information localticket has access to on that site is page one of the process, which contains only your contact details and ticket requirements. Page two is a securely locked payment page from which Protex acquires your card details. This locked page cannot in any way be accessed by localticket, indeed, we will not know of your transaction until we are notified by Protex that it has been completed.
the provider of any event information and or images, submitted to the listings of the localticket website shall be deemed to have granted licence to localticket to copy and publish loyalty free any and all supplied material onto this and any other website or medium owned by LOCALTicket and shall be indemnified by the provider of said material from any and all claims which may be made for costs, damage or liabilities resulting from unauthorised third party infringements.
Each provider of information and or images placed independently onto any part of this website agrees to indemnify LOCALTicket against any claims, damages, costs, losses, expenses or liabilities which LOCALTicket incurs as a result of misuse of its website including defamatory statements and copyright infringements by the provider of information placed here.
Users of this site are strongly advised to check the accuracy, of dates, ticket prices if any and general information with the organiser of that event /activity. The contact information for each is displayed on the presentation page.
Each organiser is given liberty on trust to place their event / activity information and images without direct interference. much of this information can also be edited at any time LOCALTicket does regular checks to monitor the information placed on each page but can give no warranty that this information is totally reliable or accurate.
LOCALTicket reserves the right to refuse and to remove information, or images provided which it considers are not suitable for publication on this website
Exceeding ticket purchasing limit
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket order from anyone who is attempting to exceed the stated purchase limit and or is believed to be associated with ticket brokers or touts, or who we suspect is intending in any way to re-sell tickets for commercial gain
Any person aged 16 or under must first please obtain permission from your parent or guardian before registering on this website. Users 16 or under are not allowed to provide us with personal information without this consent.
